1.2 The present cancellation conditions apply to all carriers offering their services through the 1CARES system except for the carriers who have explicitly granted to 1CARES the right to collect payments from customers. These can apply their own cancellation conditions depending on the service parameters set in the carrier's account on our site.
1.3 When a carrier has granted 1CARES the right to collect payments from customers, 1CARES may ask the customer to pay the full price of the order at the time of vehicle reservation. This amount serves to ensure that the customer complies with the cancellation conditions and in particular, when applicable, the payment of cancellation charges.
If the payment from the customer is collected directly by the carrier and in case of late cancellation provoking a cancellation fee, 1CARES will make every effort to recover the cancellation fee owed by the customer. Once the cancellation fee is recovered, it is immediately paid to the carrier. However, 1CARES declines all responsibility if it will not be able to recover the cancellation fee from the customer.
2.1 To be a member of our service, a carrier must meet three basic conditions:

2.3 Non-compliance with our terms and conditions, can lead us to exclude the carrier from our system.
When a carrier has granted to 1CARES the right to collect customer payments and the customer has paid the order directly to 1CARES the carrier will be paid within 5 working days following the execution of the order.
1CARES takes a particular care of the privacy of the information that you as a carrier entrusted us with. By using 1CARES, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. This policy describes the essential elements of how we treat your private information.
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy depending on the evolution of our site and the applicable legislation. All modifications to our Privacy Policy will be published on this page of our website.
The service provided by the site 1CARES requires the collection of some private date from our carriers, some of the data are critical for the functioning of our service, some data are optional. The optional data are collected in order to better understand the users of our service and be able to customise our service to their needs. Primarily, we collect the data from the carriers through our website, first during the registration and later when the carriers use our website.
When a carrier registers for our online service, we request the carrier's contact information, the details of the carrier's vehicles such as registration plates and the conditions of service. This allows us to offer the carrier's services to our customers and to keep working relationships with the carrier e.g. send an order notification, assist the carrier with the order execution, etc.
1CARES may also collect information automatically through the use of cookies to track the site navigation and to personalize the site for the carrier. For this we use session cookies. A session cookie is a temporary file loaded to the computer of our website user. The session cookie disappears as soon as the carrier logs out from our website. The carrier can set the browser to refuse our cookies. In this case, some features and parts of the site may not function normally.
The private data of a carrier are used exclusively for our service. These data will not be used for other purposes without the express consent of the carrier.
Access to the carrier's private data is restricted to employees of 1CARES. Also, third-party providers responsible for hosting the site and providing services related to the operation of the site can theoretically access these data. However, they can not use the data without our authorization. Under no circumstances will we proceed with such an authorization without the explicit permission from the carrier.
When a security measure is necessary for the protection of certain information, we use encryption protocol Secure Socket Layer (SSL). In this ways the data are encrypted during transmission, thus, ensuring a high level of security.
We take special care to ensure total security for sensitive information concerning payment cards of our customers. That's why we work with world leaders in online payment processing such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. All payment transactions are processed online through their systems. If the data are incorrect, we will change it upon request. The carrier can also ask us to completely remove its data from our servers.
